Lilah has had her first taste of food this week. We began baby food on Saturday. I started then so J could see her eat her first food too. We did the typical parent thing by taking pictures and video :) Her first try was applesauce. I tried that first because it would be less gross coming back up! I am horrible at this stage of parenting. It grosses me out to no end the food being spit back up to me. I can handle the milk coming back up because it is milk. Food has colors and textures and stink!
We're on her second food now which is bannanas. She likes that a whole lot better! Now when it is getting close to when she thinks she needs to eat, she smacks her lips and says "ma ma ma ma ma" I don't know if this is me or just her making noise, but I'll take what I can get!
