From my last post, you read that K was headed to 4K. K is loving it! I love it. She has learned so much in the past couple of months there. She brought home her progress report last week, she had great marks. I'm not sure if she is acting out any at school. The teacher doesn't tell you unless there is a problem. K loves her teacher, Mrs. B. Here is a picture of K on her first day.
This is not the footwear(sneakers)I would have chosen with this outfit. Her school sent a nice note home saying that shoes really need to be sneakers since they have stairs and romp and play during playtime. No cute flip flops or sandals for this chica. That is really hard on both of us. K really likes cute shoes and her shoes to match. Either way, she is rockin' the tutu :)
Since K is in school, L and I have had alot of one on one time together. She and I are really enjoying it. She is auctually sleeping later since the house is a bit quieter. That is a plus for me so I can get some stuff done before her day begins. L gets so excited when it is time to pick Sister up from school. She squeals so loud when Mrs. B opens the door to the classroom and she can see K.
Here is a recent shot of L. She is a hoot and a half. Her vocabulary is expanding so much day to day. She has added "Up" recently. She will try to repeat most things you say to her. She adores her sister and is loving to sit and read books. My rough and tumble girl on occasion will be still! She hugs your neck and says "OOOHhh" when she squeezes. She puckers her lips when she comes in for a kiss.
God has so richly blessed us with these two girls. I couldn't imagine and wouldn't want to imagine life without them. Thank you Lord. Well, I hear L stirring. Time to start our day !
